One star because I can’t go any lower. Paid them £1020 for a telephone consultation and 10 minute plea hearing. Despite offering further help they blatantly ignored 2 emails that I subsequently sent them, but managed to email a request for a further fee of £1560 to attend sentencing. We did not go ahead having lost confidence in them. After complaining, they conducted a biased inaccurate investigation which clearly found in their favour. Lesson learned. If I ever again need a solicitor I will shop around as I found out (sadly too late) that Baileys Law fees are massively inflated.
