I couldn't fault the service from Avril at Merricks Solicitors. As a first time buyer, purchasing a property seemed very daunting, but Avril ensured everything was explained clearly. I was kept informed every step of the way. Excellent communication via phone/email throughout with quick responses to any questions. I had a tight schedule and Avril kindly worked within this. The whole team at Merricks were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to any first time buyer!
