Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our experience with Busbys solicitors was unfortunately very disappointing. What should have been a relatively straightforward process regarding probate was prolonged unnecessarily, due in large part to avoidable delays and a consistent lack of clear communication. The final fees were significantly higher than expected. We were especially surprised to be charged an extortionate amount for a simple signature, as the solicitor Josh was an executor — a straightforward request that came with no clear justification for the cost. It’s worth noting that under its previous ownership, Busbys Solicitors provided an excellent, personal service. Sadly, our recent experience suggests a decline in both quality and client care under the new management. It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable firm fall short in this way.
