We recently made the mistake of choosing to use a solicitor who was not local for both a sale & purchase in Abersoch . We experienced the almost unimaginable stress when that solicitor was subsequently closed down suddenly by the Solicitors Regulation Authority . Elin who was acting on behalf of our buyer & Lisa who was acting on behalf of us pulled out all the stops to get the process back on track . They were both so professional, efficient, reliable and friendly both did an amazing job of picking up the pieces and we were able to complete just over a week after our completion funds were returned from the compensation fund . We would without hesitation recommend both Elin & Lisa - they have both saved the day . Not choosing a local solicitor was a painful lesson learnt .
