The app was very easy to use and saved lots of time. We were assigned Jamie who handled our case. We honestly could not have been happier with Jamie and the whole process. There were hurdles along the way that Jamie worked through efficiently, keeping us updated every step of the way. Whenever I needed to speak to her, she answered emails very quickly and gave me a ring where appropriate. We were thoroughly happy with our GD experience and especially with Jamie!
