My experience with Western Solicitors was extremely disappointing. The solicitor I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and openly obnoxious in their manner. Basic professionalism and courtesy were completely lacking. Instead of providing clear guidance or support, I was spoken to in a condescending and abrasive tone, which is wholly inappropriate in a client–solicitor relationship. Clients seek legal advice during stressful situations and should be treated with respect. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in my case. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm.
