I would like to thank Jacqui McCoy (Partner & Head of Residential Property/Conveyancing), who saved my client and our firm a great deal of time and money by providing archived documentation for a transaction that took place more than 10 years ago. Having worked in this business for quite a while, I know how difficult it can be to obtain documents from a law firm, especially when files are archived and long forgotten. However, judging by how quickly Jacqui responded to my request and by the quality of the copies provided, it is clear that the firm has a strong sense of responsibility, good internal organisation, and excellent client care.
