Really disappointed with Jane’s lack of professionalism and continuous failures to respond. Having tasked her with something she claimed she could easily undertake well over a year ago now - Nothing has seemed to happen for months on end. I gave her benefit of the doubt time and time again when asking for updates and being reassured that she would be responding in full within the week (which was always never the case). After waiting yet another full month, I then asked for her to return some legal documents which she has again failed to respond at all. Avoid this person and practice, she clearly has no idea what she is doing and doesn’t even have the decency to respond to simple requests in a timely manner. She has caused a lot of stress to me and my family due to her continuous failures. I have since found a professional outfit who know what they’re doing. *AVOID* 0/5
