Munira was professional and completed the work I asked for. Contact via email was very expensive though and as my case dragged on, I would have appreciated more reassurance communication. When the work was done, I was told I would need a different kind of lawyer, which I wish someone had told me at the start. The firm didn't reply to emails and it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. Eventually they told me they were too busy. There were a couple of errors in my bill which were corrected, but it made me nervous and increased the impression that everyone is very busy. After a different firm took on the case, there were a few questions about the work done and it made me wonder if the cost of using Simons Rodkin had been worth it. Everything was correct in the end, but I would not recommend based on my personal experience.
