Very appreciative of this firm, exceptional support at times and has supported me throughout my case. I could not have done my sentencing case without them but they did not support me through to appeals. More often than not could not thank them enough. Were helpful and done everything they could to help me with my case. Customer service information sometimes came across as rude. Seemed like they didn't want to help with advice too much. I got legal aid support and they remained professional.
