I needed to extend my lease, and from start to finish Rebecca was outstanding. She was incredibly quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely proactive, actively chasing and managing my matter whenever the other side were slow rather than letting things drift. What makes this all the more impressive is that she picked up my case midway through, after the original fee earner left, and you'd never have known it. She got up to speed immediately and kept everything moving without a hitch. Throughout the process she was reassuring, transparent, and completely on top of the detail. I always felt like my matter was in safe hands and that someone was genuinely looking out for my interests. I honestly couldn't have asked for more, and I can't recommend Rebecca highly enough, I only wish Arcadia covered wider matters with regards to conveyancing , etc, as I'd happily send far more people their way.
