Clare was simply amazing. I've just completed on a Sale and Purchase with Clare at Freers. She was amazing, the service was fast, professional and delivered with old school client care. Clare was there whenever I had a question and to guide me through the minefield that was selling at auction and buying a listed building. She kept me up to date, she fought my corner, she always called me back (be it out of hours) and she was prompt with emails. My transaction was not straight forward but i knew i was in safe hands as she explained everything to me and took the time to offer reassurance and to answer many a stupid question, with humour too! What made the process better, she never said no, she had an option for every roadblock, she actually helped overcome issues to keep the chain moving. I highly recommend Clare and her team to anyone who wants a personal, professional, client focused approach.
