Unfortunately, very disappointing experience. Mathew, one of the solicitors, promised to call me in a couple of days to schedule a personal appointment in their Penarth office. I contacted Sinclairslaw with a new civil case that was already approved to be covered by my law insurance. Mathew just wanted to do some research before coming back to me. After one week I contacted them again and the secretary said she will have Mathew ring me back. After another week the same. After another week I spoke to another solicitor (his boss or colleague) who promised: "leave it with me, I will get you an answer". I kept ringing again once a week for 4 more weeks. Now after 7-8 weeks without any response from Sinclairslaw I give up. If they decided not to take on my case, then they should just let me know, instead of letting me loose lots of time for nothing, during which I could have already contacted another solicitor. Their behaviour is extremely impolite, unprofessional and ignorant. Don't waste your time with Sinclairslaw! The only positive thing is that we are planning to open our second limited company and I am happy that I know we will not choose Sinclairslaw as our legal advisor.
