Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Amanda and Stenson throughout my purchase. They were professional, responsive, and supportive during what was a naturally stressful process. I am very pleased with the successful completion of the transaction. I particularly appreciated their clear communication and efficiency. I felt that the onboarding process was incredibly easy and well-managed from day one. When matters became time-sensitive, especially as we approached the exchange, they handled things with impressive speed, which kept the transaction moving and gave me great peace of mind. What truly stood out, however, was how they handled the external pressures. I was dealing with a particularly pushy and impatient seller and estate agent, and I felt that Amanda and Stenson were excellent at shielding me from that pressure while still progressing the case quickly. They stayed firm and efficient under fire, ensuring my interests were protected without letting the process stall. We had the best experience working with Eirandeep and Eve from Bishopsgate Law. They were just fantastic! We gave them our preferred timeline for exchange and completion and they worked really hard to get it done within that. As FTB, we had lots of questions. They were very helpful, patient and quick with responses. Even our EAs were thoroughly impressed with them and mentioned to us that they have rarely had such smooth exchange and completion.
