Didnt do Legal aid application as requested, clearly squeezing me for cash throughout. Dropped me the day before a hearing with the phrase "I wont be accompanying you to court tomorrow", despite being able to 'delegate' funding chose not to and told me they needed £500 on account just to talk to me for one hour. The solicitor's hourly rate was £120. Zero communication from solicitor, the short phone call I had with the solicitor (who I won't name) was quite aggressive towards me. I went to another local firm who took over, delegated, got granted legal aid and sorted everything for me in the space of a couple of weeks. I was emailing calling and talking to BDH for over 6 months and frankly they managed nothing other than frustrating me and damaging my case. Don't do it to yourself or your family case.
