I chose this law firm as I’ve read good reviews on line. I’m divorced and my ex residing in our jointly own flat without paying me any rent and not willing to move out. Talking to this firm it seemed promising that I could get a success in my case. Initially I had to pay 2 £350 for talking and £350 for having the written talking???? The worst firm and solicitors you can imagine you will get. Lucy was allocated to my case. Initially they were very encouraging and welcoming. As soon as I choose then, it took 2 weeks I chase her til Lucy started to proceed with my case, claiming she was busy with her work and had to cover her colleagues. After that I had to email her few time a week and she wouldn’t answer my email. Until I complained to her manager, Hasan. Having an email from her apologising for her ignorance I agreed to continue with her. She wrote too much in her email sending to my ex solicitor and every time I had to correct her for the fact and length and still I was charge for her lack of efficiency. Until last week I asked her to stop as my representative as I was struggling financially to pay her nonsense amount every week. After she stopped still asked for over £1000 to pay. I lairs £6400 with not even one stem progress in my straight forward case. Biggest mistake of my life choosing them.
