Used HS Conveyancing Ltd for both the purchase of my property a few years ago (when they were under the Savage Silk name) and most recently during a transfer of equity on the same property. Most of my correspondence throughout the transfer was with Michael Clark. Michael is very easy to talk to, patient, understanding and most importantly ready to answer any queries at the end of the phone. The rest of the team were also brilliant at moving things along with urgency at any hurdle encountered during the process. I couldn't recommend them enough and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
