My friend went to see this lawyer regarding a ID1 form. He quoted £60. I went onto speak with him on the phone. He was the most unprofessional man ever. Merely because her land registry paperwork were completed by myself! He started showing her photos and saying we don’t sit here for nothing… I’ve done bigger property transfers than yours etc! I didn’t understand the concept of why he was going on like this! So we didn’t use him for something as small as a ID1! We went to a firm in Walsall instead. A lot more professional
