I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this solicitor during my asylum case. Communication was consistently poor throughout the process. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered, and I regularly had to chase for updates about important developments in my case. I was also concerned about missed deadlines and mistakes in the handling of my matter. Important documents and submissions did not appear to be dealt with promptly, and I was not kept properly informed about key dates, requirements, or the progress of my case. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty during an already difficult time. I felt that my case did not receive the level of care, attention, and professionalism that I expected. Asylum cases can have life-changing consequences, and clients should be able to rely on clear communication, accurate advice, and timely action from their legal representatives. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this solicitor. I hope the firm reviews its practices and improves the quality of service provided to vulnerable clients in the future.
