They did the job they needed to do for my husband, but communication was lacking, almost non existent at times. We only got updates after needing to chase them. They need to provide clear and concise information and processes so that clients don't need to keep asking. Lots of uncertainly could and should have been avoided at what was already a lengthy and unpleasant situation.
