Suni and Narita were on call and available immediately when the police turned up, which was very reassuring in a stressful situation. They clearly understood the tactics being used and handled things accordingly, which gave me confidence that everything was being dealt with properly. As time went on, due to the delays in the court system, I didn’t always fully understand the strategy but they clearly knew what they were doing as the CPS ultimately dropped the case. I appreciate their availability and their efforts in supporting me and my family throughout.
