I had a very positive experience with the team throughout my first house purchase journey. I worked with them on two separate matters, and on both occasions they were professional, supportive, and helpful. The first purchase unfortunately did not proceed due to an issue with the documents, but they provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Because of that experience, I chose to work with them again for my second house purchase, and the process went smoothly overall. Towards the end, things became a little slower than I expected, and I had to follow up on some steps many times. However, I understand that the final stages of a property purchase can sometimes be like this. Overall, I am very happy with their service and support.
