My experience with this firm was with my housing disrepair claim. I think the company has gone above and beyond in my opinion. I've had a good value settlement, and the company has pursued the housing authority to ensure the work is done and to a good standard. When i say 'above and beyond' I sincerely mean it - regular emails, regular phone calls, this company kept me in the loop. The company is serious about winning your case and that's not all, if the landlord does not comply with SJS Legal terms (after settlement), they will pursue them for breach of contract, which may add extra value to your case. Obviously things like this can take time with legal stuff, red tape, etc etc, so you may have to wait a while until you get your offer - just the way it is. Good firm.
