CR Solicitors seem to be the most honourable of the Car Finance Claim companies. My Grandad who has cognitive issues signed up for a plethora of these via deceptive social media advertising and they got back within 3 hours, cancelled the claim, promised to not charge cancellation fees. It has made a difficult process much easier. This is a contrast to companies like Complex Law who we're having to take to the SRA, Legal Ombudsman - they've been very hostile and insensitive.
