I would not recommend this law firm based on my personal experience. The communication was disappointing from the start. Before I became a client, they were quick to respond and made me feel like my case was important. Once payment was made, everything changed. Getting updates became difficult, responses were delayed, and I often had to follow up myself. Another issue was the lack of transparency. I never felt that the process, timeline, or potential costs were explained clearly from the beginning. Every step seemed to come with unexpected additional fees, leaving me feeling pressured to keep paying after I had already invested money. I also felt that my questions were not answered directly, and I left many conversations more confused than before. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was being treated as a source of revenue rather than a client who needed legal assistance. My advice is to ask for a detailed written agreement that clearly explains all fees, what services are included, and what additional charges may arise before committing to anything.
