Great experience with Team Michelle! Phone is always answered, emails replied to usually same day - which is quite often not the case as shown with our experience with our vendors solicitor. I was always on the phone to Michelle's team or via email to keep the case moving and following the progress. I never got radio silence despite my endless follow ups. We waited 6 weeks for a response to our enquiries from another solicitor with Michelle replying in less than 20 minutes when they finally came through. We are now hopefully at end stages of our purchase, so the team wont have me bothering them for too much longer but I truly appreciate their quick responses and chasing of other solicitors for us.
