We applied for Indefinite Leave to remain for my wife. After uploading more the 130 files on internet, seeking advise, paying a lots of money to go throw fast route and pay unprofessional advisers, the Home Office refused our application and gave my wife a limited 30 month visa and that just because she has a British Citizen child! It does not end here, they put her in ''10 Years Route ''!!!??? We had to apply every 2 and half years for a limit visa until the 10 years is passed, then she got indefinite leave to remain, oh my GOD! In addition they made me to pay £1000 for IHS (they wrote to us if we do not pay the IHS even that 30 month visa will not be granted and she has to leave UK). Next day I did not even go to work, I was very upset. Two days after I went to Uncle B in North Finchly, the barber shop that I usually I cat my hair. It was my lucky moment to meet Mr Hemati the director of the NHM Solicitors, who was there to cat his hair as well. I told him the story and he gave me an appointment. After two meeting in his office (free of charge) with me and my wife we gave him the case. God bless him and his team. In less than 10 days he got INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN for my wife. We could not believe it. Fantastic news. About a week later my wife has received her Biometric card, and now Mr Hemati is contacting the Home Office to get that £1000 (IHS) back. We are very pleased and very satisfied with NHM solicitors. I will defiantly recommend them as %100 professional Solicitors and defiantly will ask them to do the citizen ship application for my wife British Citizenship. Really, truly we do not know how to thank them. GOD BLESS THEM, that all I can say.
