This company should be investigated. They have hounded me since last year, and despite my telling them I don't want anything to do with them, because you simply cannot get in touch with them. Every email they sent to me, they kept asking me to contact the finance companies, they said they had found I had had car finance with, but I could not email these companies. I thought the whole idea was for them to do the research and not me. I have sent dozens of emails to them, but only now have they responded because I told them to leave me alone. They are causing me distress now, and as a 78-year-old pensioner, I cannot deal with it.
