They should be complete the transaction on 15th January , however 1 day before of completion (14th January ) they call me and they said to me they couldn’t able to act as my solicitors because my funds are gifted and I change the company address , I asked changing company address illegal in uk she say I couldn’t act as your solicitor. also since 3 weeks they have my £25000 deposit for purchasing buy to let property they don’t still refunded and she wasn’t responded my last email. If I not hear further back and my money not refunded in 5 business days , I will file legal proceedings. Horrible company deal with better stay away. Uptade : My funds refunded , after I write complaint letter notice same day. Still not happy with their lack of service and unresponsive unless you going strictly.
