My experience of dealing with Jason Ford has been extremely frustrating. I have found communication to be poor, with emails not being answered within what I consider to be reasonable timescales, and on a number of occasions I have had difficulty obtaining clear responses or feedback regarding matters that directly affect the progress of the proceedings. I have also had concerns regarding the level of transparency and professionalism in some of the communications I have received. I have felt that matters which could have been dealt with straightforwardly have instead resulted in unnecessary delay and frustration. I have raised my concerns directly with Jason Ford and have made it clear that I expect professional and timely communication. Unfortunately, my experience to date has not improved sufficiently. I would recommend that you do not engage with Leicester Legal Ltd and find a solicitor who knows what they are talking about when he is only a trainee and advocates on social media he also worked in Pizza Hut!
