My experience with this solicitor’s firm was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them based on my personal experience. I found the service to be very unprofessional. In my experience, Dimitar was rude and unprofessional in his dealings with me, and I was given information that I believe was incorrect, which caused me significant concern and could have had serious consequences for my case. I also found it very difficult to speak to Mr Osman to raise my concerns about the conduct of staff. Despite repeated attempts to make a complaint, I was unable to get hold of him or receive a satisfactory response. Another issue was the fees. I believe I was charged more than what had originally been agreed, and it appeared that additional charges were being added without a clear explanation. I intend to take this matter further if it cannot be resolved. I was also unhappy with the preparation of my court documents. Important information that I had provided was omitted from my statement, and the statement was submitted after the court deadline. In my view, this demonstrated a lack of care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Overall, my experience with this firm was extremely poor. Based on what happened in my case, I would not use their services again or recommend them to anyone. My experience has led me to question the positive reviews I had previously seen, as they did not reflect the service I personally received.
