So far service has been unsatisfactory.. no formal introduction when changing handlers, correspondence from this service is 0! You end up doing the work yourself! I would strongly advise people doing these type of claims themselves! Review yet to be revisited due to escalating to manager! So far very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.. escalated to manager to sort internally aswell as legal handler of all files! Total lack of service!!
