Exceptionally slow solicitors. Very difficult to get updates from without chasing. Provide unrealistic timelines and then don't follow up on these when expected. As other recent reviews have said, feels like you are doing the work for them. Also rude on the telephone. Not recommended, you deserve better for whatever issue you have to get them to 'deal' with.
