I emailed this firm on 26 Apr regarding an Action Against Police involving data protection. By 4 May, there had been no response so I sent the website form that day. As of today, I have also called twice where an automated answering service just ends up going to music. It doesn't matter how capable and experienced a solicitor may be, if you cannot contact anyone at the firm.
