Very unprofessional legal aid housing firm. Ruby Panks has no clue how to care for an housing case and she is managed by Alice Holtom. Please people safe yourself. It is better not to have anyone doing any work than one like Panks or Holtom. These people do not ever pick up your calls as they are too busy doing bad jobs for as many homeless people as they can! They have a very, very negative and ignorant approach, do not even take the care to read the full housing case bundle or compassionately understand what you are going through and do the best they possibly can for you. Favour yourself and not waste your time with them.
