I recently soug99986yght legal representation from Neil Foley & Co. solicitors in Pontypridd for a case involving four charges. While I appreciate the firm's time, I felt the initial consultation with the solicitor was not conducive to a productive client-lawyer relationship. Specifically, I was advised to plead guilty (but, knowing I was I was Innocent ) I refused to plead guilty, Especiallly against lies from a (Redacted local Business, accusing me of MANY crimes, when I was the original and first person to dial s NO WAY I was going to sell my soul and plead guilty, when Innocent. IMHO, The Solicitor came over, as tiny bit rude, as literally EVERY single time I so much asto say a single thing - by the end of the word I was rudely cut-off and told "I don't want to hear It!" Without fall, over and over. It really felt like she not want to know a single thing, no, I mean a single thing from my side of the story! Understanding of the case and my options. Additionally, communication felt limited, and I was unable to fully discuss my situation. Ultimately, I chose to pursue alternative legal representation, (Myself) which resulted in a positive outcome with all charges dropped. While I ..acknowledge that legal matters can be complex,believe a more collaborative and open approach would have been beneficial in this instance. It's important to note that I refused to plead guilty because I was confident in my innocence, which was ultimately proven true. 7 witnesses against me, 2 cops, But IF I was guilty, the out come would have been different. BUT - I was INNOCENT. Hence, even against according to the odds against me, alleged witnesses, and a possible Life sentence for charge ONE! nevermind the other 3! I stuck to what Is right and true and by myself, this warrior poet won the day, ALL CHARGES DROPPED! Had zero efoort, concern, advice or contact from my solicitor! Sorry, Just my own personal experience.
