The litany of errors that accompanied the execution of a late family members will: - Original will was lost - Huge delay trying to find the will, never found. - Representative then on multiple holidays (during a pandemic) and slow to answer our queries. - Delay in processing payments, long past when they told us it was due (may have been the fault of bank). - Wrong amount paid out! Meaning we actually had to return some of the money received. Just abysmal all round. No individual is solely responsible, and they did work to fix all of these problems, but for a company of this supposed stature it’s unacceptable.
