Excellent service. Would recommend and use them again. We needed a few files the seller was taking a while to get so Abigail took the initiative to obtain them herself which was extremely helpful. They were also very quick throughout the entire process, which we truly valued. We believe that a file upload system, rather than relying on emails, could be a more efficient solution for both you and your clients. But, other than that you were very professional, helpful, and efficient, which we greatly appreciated. They did also charge £50 extra to review a mortgage offer which was not expected…
