I worked with Monique and Naomi on my first-time home purchase, which was completed in a quick three months. Both were professional and did a great job securing the purchase. Monique wrote an excellent report that allowed me to renegotiate and secure a decent discount on the purchase price. Earlier in the process, Josh Fuller (who handled the initial quote and onboarding) was seamless to work with and I secured a competitive quote for the solicitor fees. Unfortunately, communication in the middle was incredibly frustrating. After paying the initial fees, and being transferred from Josh Fuller to the solicitor team, replies dropped off significantly, and the first drafts sent to me contained several typos. I frequently had to call and chase for updates on unanswered emails, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. The team is clearly competent, but they appear heavily understaffed and stretched thin. The customer experience would improve 10x if they sent simple acknowledgments with a realistic timeline (e.g. Hi Kany, this is acknowledged and we will revert by X) rather than leaving emails unanswered. I would use them again for their competence, but you must be prepared to chase them.
