The young man assigned to me was pleasant and tried to be helpful taking notes as we went along. However, the first thing I was concerned about was he was initially trying to charge me for an hour and a half's consultation when I had been there barely 45 minutes. There was a delay in appropriate action being taken to resolve the matter I had come about as I had not been requested at the initial meeting to bring additional ID with me, which could have speeded things up considerably, I was just emailed the firms terms and conditions, plus a reiteration of what the solicitor thought I had said, some of which was incorrect and would needed amending. I had been promised a draught by the end of the week to send to a company I had been dealing with but this couldn't happen because of the delay in asking for ID etc. I rang in order to address this and eventually was contacted by an assistant who at best sounded disinterested. So my overall experience with Feakes was not what I had hoped for.
