I used this company and anticipated a generic response to emails and messages from communications due to the amount of claimants they were dealing with. I was astonished to be assured each time I called to speak to a knowledgeable call taker and admin staff. The main contact Umar Khan was direct and very helpful in each and every request I made. I would definitely use these again and highly recommend to anyone with their claims especially if negligence is concerned!
