**update to reply** I sold my parents house, the last name would still be Wright. Barbra Walters was the lady that lost the first sale and completed the 2nd sale. There was 2 investigation set up by the estate agents. Accept accountable. We lost the first house sale due to Fishers taken their time, later found it is was because the solicitors was on hoilday and never passed the case on, this happened twice with the first sale. It wasn't a surprise the buyer pulled. 2nd and final sale I believe would have been a repeat if the new buyers and myself had not CONSTANTLY pushed for updates. First dealings with solicitors, not looking for for the next
