I wouldn’t recommend using these solicitors they are not professional at all yeah they might do the job and get people divorced done . I got adviced on using these solicitors from my friend as they saw really good reviews even tho it’s don’t mean anything as my experience was very bad they don’t communicate with there paying customers and told them time after time to communicate with me as I have the right to know and they don’t and make you chase them all the time . They also lie to you as they told me at the beginning it would only cost me £700 including vat and they didn’t tell me I had to pay the courts over £500 and they even phoned me up and wanted me to pay onther 360 pound even tho i already paid 360 and plus 600 and they said this was to keep my account updated so in total I paid a thousand and I don’t have that money at all and only have part time job . They also bully there customers after they payed lots of money and then they accuse there customers on shouting at them and being rude when they were rude to you as my solicitor wouldn’t let me have my say on the phone and I have every right to be upset and angry as I didn’t get the service I should of have and being treated with respect . I’m relieved my divorce is done and over with for good . I wouldn’t use these solicitors as they are not very friendly or helpful and they definitely don’t know how to give good customer service I thought having a solicitor is all about what your paying customers want and not what the solicitors want. They definitely quicker on taking your money but not giving you good outstanding services that you should be getting instead getting told you have bad manners and a bully to there staff so this definitely says and shows it all they are definitely not professional and they are definitely not worth the money . They also lied to me saying my divorce would be done on the 24/4/26 I waited all day for my solicitors to call me or email to tell me but instead they wait till end of the day to tell me they were at home and not in office but they didn’t tell me they was off sick and waited again to tell me this on Monday and they didn’t tell me I had to put final order in as they told me when my conditional order went through they would be in contact with me when my final divorce comes through which they didn’t once again I had to chase them . These solicitors won’t take any responsibility or admit they are in the wrong they like to think they are right all the time and us customers who pay lots of money to them we are in the wrong . I am also seriously ill and waiting for surgery and have been proper stressed and suffer high blood pressure because they didn’t do there job . I work in retail and I always listen to my customers and give them what they want I would never be so rude to them and start shouting at them or ignore them shame fosters solicitors can’t look after there customers more and help them and actually listen to them and understand them more.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
