Found Vicky to be super helpful and easy to deal with. Spoke to Niamh or Neave today that to be honest has put me right off this company. She may as well have to me to P off. zero rapport, zero enthusiasm. Zero customer service skills. I've decided based n her poor attitude to look for an alternative company to use. What a shame, one person ruining the hard work of another. Update.. Had the Boss call several times. Not interested. Hire more professional staff. They only care once they get a bad review. He kept trying to talk over me. Should have thought about that when you hired someone that doesn't know how to talk to people.
