Update 16th March The response yo have provided is simply not true. Our solicitor was ready to exchange on 11th March so you are clearly attempting to direct attention away from the work James has been failing to do. Despite being chased he is still unwilling to articulate what is outstanding and a date for exchange - he is now 9 weeks later than the other solicitors involved. He has no appreciation of the fact people need to organise removals and get on with life. Also, our estate agent is still awaiting a response to the email sent to your MD last week. I will update again tomorrow. Appalling service. We are currently part of property chain and unfortunately a member of that chain is using James Gent from Jordans. Despite an 8 week head start he is currently holding up the whole chain but unable (or unwilling) to explain why. The process has been chaotic with questions having to be answered on multiple occasions and errors when dealing with certificates. A written complaint has been made to the MD but they haven't bothered to acknowledge or respond. I would strongly recommend avoiding Jordans for anything and check their google reviews rather than the ones on their own website. They are unfiltered.
