3 months agoGoogleSpoke to Alex today about 20 mins ago, I had been arrested on suspicion and was looking for legal help, I told him I had a duty solicitor at the station and he explained that they would carry on the case. Call could've ended there, but Alex, the good man that he is, went out of his way to check the rotas on the day I was arrested and found the solicitor firm for me, he didnt have to go through that effort but he did, which is why, in future, I will exclusively use West Midlands Solicitors. Thanks Alex, youre an asset to your team and the company as a whole.
