The Ancora team got me booked in with Luiza really quickly and the whole process from start to finish was so efficient and straightforward. Luiza was absolutely lovely and so helpful throughout. Communication was great and she really went above and beyond helping me scan and email documents over to my other solicitors, printing everything I needed, guiding me through the correct pages to sign, and double-checking everything before I posted the originals. The office was easy to find with great parking nearby at Flemingate, which made everything even less stressful. I really appreciated how smooth and easy Luiza made the whole process and would highly recommend both her and the Ancora team.
