Added update 06 August 2026 , company failed to respond to me complaint , while they agreed to to transfer legal aid certificate to my new firm . Lack of response and communication some what shocking. Also from start of June 2026 now written letters from company at all . I came to them in June 2026 over my ex partner who been breaching is court order. They failed up date me correctly, i have been accused of not providing evidence for the court, its was also confirmed the solicitors never read my statement prior being send to court also. further more like to add don't feel been given correct legal advised over the family law and domestic abuse to. on 27 July 2026 my solicitor my indirect accusing me making it up find very unprofessional. I have raised a formal complaint on 31/07/2026 still no response to it yet.
