After a rather slow start of working with a particular associate of MOH, I was fortunate enough that my case was taken over by Paul Hayward. From the moment Paul took over my case he got everything moving, He listened and acted in my best interest with arranging the correct health checks and required therapy and I immediately felt assured he would see the claim through. Paul was professional, quick in arranging scans and therapy and kept me updated whenever I needed to know what was happening.
