I cannot recommend Tricia Chapman from Atkins Dellow enough! We were first time buyers and had to move quickly on an offer, she got back to us on the same day I contacted her and was extremely efficient. She was thorough and diligent throughout the whole process and we felt completely safe in her hands. Our vendors solicitor was a nightmare and she was very patient with us when we started to get stressed about the delays, she consistently chased them and looked after our best interests. We will be contacting her for any future purchases and recommending her to all our friends and family.
